At ALOURSH, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you're not fully happy with your purchase, you may initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:

The product is unused and in original condition

All original packaging, labels, and accessories must be intact

Used, damaged, or incomplete products will not be accepted
No Returns on Customized Products
Please note: Customized photo frames are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Kindly ensure all customization details (text, image, name, etc.) are correct before placing the order.
How to Request a Return

Product Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect its condition.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 48 hours

Return Charges
Return or exchange charges will be deducted from your refund or added to the exchange total:

Orders below ₹1000 – ₹80 charge

Orders between ₹1000 – ₹3000 – ₹150 charge

Orders above ₹3000 – Charges will vary depending on the product value
